Process automation
Data is copied between email, spreadsheets and business software.
Your outcome
An agreed workflow that reduces recurring manual work and handles exceptions transparently.
Digital consulting for SMEs & business teams
I help you reduce manual work and improve day-to-day processes. We understand the problem first, then choose the right approach: process improvement, automation, software or AI.
No obligation. An open question is enough.

Your starting point
You do not need to know the technical solution yet. A process that slows your team down is a good place to start.
Between email, spreadsheets and business software, your team copies, follows up and corrects.
An important step does not fit your existing software. Your team works around it.
You see possibilities but are unsure where AI would be worthwhile and what it would require.
Consulting & implementation
Advice and implementation belong together. What matters is improving your everyday work with an approach worth the effort.
Data is copied between email, spreadsheets and business software.
Your outcome
An agreed workflow that reduces recurring manual work and handles exceptions transparently.
Tasks and approvals are organised across complicated spreadsheets.
Your outcome
A useful tool for a defined need, tested with the people who will use it.
There are plenty of AI ideas, but no clear priorities.
Your outcome
An informed decision on value, feasibility and risks, with a concrete next step.
A look at my work
Selected projects from my work, from internal tools to digital customer processes.
WMS projects require customer requirements to be captured in a structured way and carried into a calculation.
My contribution
I connected a digital project intake with a quote calculator. Requirements are captured during the conversation, line items and quantities derived from them, and assembled into a proposed quote. Whoever prices the job can see where each line came from and adjust it, instead of entering the data again.
A digital presence needs to be manageable and consider the processes behind an order.
My contribution
I built a client website with an admin area, shop and payment integration. Content and products are maintained in house, orders run through with payment, and the steps that follow can be automated. Interface and operations are designed together.
Recurring correspondence costs time every day without a decision being made.
My contribution
Kernlogik itself runs on an agentic workflow behind the scenes. My assistant Kira summarises incoming email, drafts replies and handles sending; the decision on content stays with me. The same construction can be applied to recurring processes in your company.

We define one process, examine its bottlenecks and assess possible improvements. Scope and effort are agreed before you commission any work.
The aim of a process review
My Approach
Each step provides a basis for your next decision. We discuss value and effort before moving forward.
We examine a specific process, the people involved and the desired outcome.
Outcome: a clear understanding
We compare useful options: better processes, software, automation or AI, including taking no action.
Outcome: a prioritised recommendation
We make the approach testable, review it with your team and agree on integration.
Outcome: a testable solution
We agree on documentation, handover, operation and potential further development.
Outcome: agreed next steps
I build smaller tools, prototypes and automations myself. For larger integrations, we agree which tasks I, your IT team or suitable partners will handle. Access, testing, documentation, operation and support are part of that discussion.
I am Vincent Harant. I combine consulting experience with hands-on development of digital tools.
Since 2019, I have worked across software, processes and business teams, from IT projects to digitalisation, automation and AI. I help companies clarify requirements and explore practical starting points through AI workshops.
As an AI Solution Expert at KION Group, I work on AI use cases and solution concepts. Through Kernlogik, I bring that experience to focused projects. I build smaller solutions myself; for larger integrations, we agree how to work with your IT team and suitable partners.

Common questions
No. Describe the process or problem you are dealing with. In our first call, we clarify the situation and a useful next step. Technology is selected once the need is understood.
Yes. One manual process, a missing internal tool or a focused feasibility question can be a good starting point. We define a manageable scope together.
The introductory call comes without obligation. Further costs depend on scope, systems, data and integration requirements. Deliverables and fees are agreed before any work is commissioned.
That depends on whether we are reviewing a process, testing a prototype or integrating a solution. Data access, interfaces and the availability of stakeholders affect the schedule. We can estimate effort once the scope is clearer.
Yes. In AI workshops, we explore opportunities, discuss tasks from your everyday work and identify useful next steps. Content and depth are tailored to the participants and your situation.
Yes. For access, integrations and ongoing operation, we coordinate with the responsible people or your existing IT service providers.
No. A clearer process, an existing software feature or conventional automation may be the right answer. AI is considered when it offers a clear benefit for the task.
Before implementation, we clarify the data needed, access rights and requirements for hosting and processing. This includes approvals, external services and coordination with your IT team. You do not need to send confidential documents with an initial enquiry.
Responsibilities, documentation, handover and any ongoing support are agreed for the specific project, including partners. We also discuss the timeline and my availability in the introductory call.
Tell me briefly about your situation. In an introductory call without obligation, we discuss your goals and a useful next step. An open question is enough.
