Process automation
Less copying. More reliable workflows.
When your team enters information several times, searches for data or tracks handovers manually, it helps to examine the whole process. I help identify steps worth simplifying and automating.

Typical starting points
When it makes sense.
- Data is copied between email, spreadsheets and business software.
- Customer information is entered again for quotes or subsequent steps.
- Unclear handovers lead to follow-up questions and rework.
Consulting & implementation
How I can help.
- Review of the process and its bottlenecks
- Assessment of value, effort and interfaces
- An automated workflow within the agreed scope
- Agreed testing, documentation and handover
The goal
An agreed workflow that reduces recurring manual work and handles exceptions transparently.
From my work
Connecting project intake and quote calculation
For warehouse management projects, I developed and connected a digital intake system and a quote calculator. Customer data already collected feeds into automated quote proposals, making the intake the basis for the next step.

We consider frequency, manual handling time, errors and exceptions. Licence fees, maintenance and human review are also part of assessing value.
Where the limits are.
Not every process should be automated. Unclear rules, frequent exceptions or missing interfaces may make immediate implementation unsuitable. We then clarify the process or consider simpler alternatives first.
